Empowering You with Customer Tags & Sales Territories

Ohhhhh yeeeahhh...the moment has arrived...because you now have complete control over Customer Tags!  

In addition to this, you'll notice that there is a page that displays only Customer Tags, and another page that specifically displays only Sales Territories.  Doing so makes it much quicker to gauge how the territories and custom groupings of customers are doing with just one click.


Lets take a further look into what the Sales Territory page offers:

  • Overview
    • This page is designed to look identical with the customer tag page, for the purpose of providing consistency and simplicity.  
    • This page is most beneficial when assigned to or have stewardship over multiple territories
    • Everyone has access to the sales territory page, but the user will only see territories that the user is assigned to
    • Only admin users will see the add territory button:

    • Each of the following column headers can be sorted in both ascending or descending order, which makes it incredibly easy to analyze, and rank the territories in each area:
      • (Just Click on the column header) 
        • Name
        • # Customers
        • MTD
        • ME Pace
        • QTD
        • QE Pace
        • YTD (current year to date sales)
        • YE Pace (current year's estimated sales, based on current pace)
        • Performance (rolling year vs prior year) 


Lets take a further look into what the Customer Tags page offers:

  • Overview

  • Creating a Customer Tag:
    •  Only admin users can create customer tags, so if you're not an admin user, then you ain't going to see the create customer tag button.

    • A customer tags requires 3 things in order to be created:
      1. Select Customers (at least 1)
        1. all the customers displays, so you can select as many as needed
        2. when a customer is selected, it will display on the right side of the page in bullet point form
        3. a user can select customers from multiple pages
        4. and deselect any customer to remove it from the list
      2. Enter Customer Tag Name (can name it anything)
      3. Select Save button (found at the bottom of the page)


  • Editing/Deleting a Customer Tag:
    •  Only admin users can edit/delete customer tags
      • On the customer tag page, there are 2 icons that display for each customer tag
        1. Delete icon
        2. Edit icon
